All orders are shipped from our headquarters in the heart of Europe, Croatia. Please note that for all orders made from countries outside the EU, shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes that are due on arrival and are not covered by the shipping costs charged in our web store. It’s impossible for us to determine customs charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. If you need any detailed information about these charges, please contact your local customs office. Tell them you’ll be receiving a shipment from Croatia, Europe in the amount of your purchase value. They’ll be able to calculate the exact fees.

Customs duties, taxes and various dues or impositions payable on importing goods are the client’s responsibility on reception of the parcel. The total of these taxes depends on the regulations in force in each destination country. We cannot inform the client of their exact amount. It is up to the client, therefore, to obtain the necessary information from the local authorities.

The consignee of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are applied once a shipment reaches the consignee’s country. Additional customs clearance costs must be met by the consignee; CHECHE.design has no control over these charges, nor can CHECHE.design predict what they might be.

Returns are accepted within 14 days upon reception of your order.

Return conditions

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Include the return form, with the package.

Shipping and handling costs (to the CHECHE.design center) are the client’s responsibility. CHECHE.design is not responsible for lost packages, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and signature.

International client

Returns are accepted for foreign customers, please reffer to the listed conditions overhead.

Refund
Once the package is received, the product will be inspected and validated for the return eligibility. When the return is confirmed, the refund will be facilitated within 14 days, on the original form of payment. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact us with your order number.
